One of Budget's locations is inside a hotel. We arrived an hour later than our scheduled time, and picked up the car in the hotel's parking lot. Although it was my first time renting a car overseas and I was a bit nervous about possible issues, the staff's service attitude was good. I hope I won't receive any local fines afterward.

The car was ready upon arrival, efficient and professional service.

They gave me a free upgrade. Happy with the service. Would be better if they were more closer to the airport.

Great price options and service. The only comment is on insurance. I was told at budget that in case of accident, I will be billed for 1500 pounds and the claim will have to be processed seperately by qeeq. They recommended to buy the insurance directly from them.

I booked for Mercedes Benz E class but I got C class. I should be getting the car of the similar class but got a lower class car. Except for getting the lower class car, the car itself was in very good condition and super clean. Staffs were helpful and kind though there were mistakes when returning the car ( I only drove 330 miles but the staff mistakenly calculated that I drove more than 1000 miles but it was corrected and sorted out fast. So no problem).
