The pick-up place is at a driving distance from the airport terminal, and Centauro provide shuttle buses to/from the terminal. On the time of pick there was an accident on the road, and we waited over an hour for the shuttle. Centauro staff was very unhelpful over the phone and refused to answer questions. When the shuttle finally arrived they offered no assistance or compensation for the lost time (also due to long lines at pick up). Also, upon drop-off the representative asked us if we took a picture of the fuel level, although we were not asked to do so upon pick-up. On the other hand, they did give us free upgrade of the car.

The prices unfair displayed. I had to pay extra money on the spot. The extra money fee was hidden in the reservation paper somewhere at the bottom of the page with very small letters.

We actually got an upgrade which was awesome! Paid for a little car and ended up getting a Peugeot 3008 which was really nice and automatic.

Price drop protector was amazing, saved us some money. Great idea!

They didn’t give us the rental car that we booked and said they don't even have those cars. They gave us a bigger car which is inefficient and too big for Sicily. The streets in Sicily are just not made for cars bigger than a Fiat 500 and you can see that that is the majority of the kind of cars you see on the roads. They made errors on our closing contract, charger me an extra 50 Euros by mistake and then told me they would refund me and then said there was an error with the system so they couldn't immediately refund me. I am very unhappy with their service, they feel like a scam. I never want to rent a car with Centauro again.
