The overall service was acceptable, but forcing customers to purchase insurance is really not great. Fortunately, the platform resolved the issue in time, reducing personal losses.

The rental company is quite formal. Other than not providing the reserved Nissan car, everything was fine, and they didn't push hard on insurance sales. The car return process at 5 AM was also very smooth.

They tried to sell me insurance and asked for a tip. When I refused, they made me wait. In the end, they charged us extra for a spare tire. It's ridiculous. The rental order was for 658 but the actual charge was 800 plus an additional 250 dollars. In total, it cost us 2550 RMB. Hope they go out of business.

The pickup time was quite long, but the return process was quick. Overall, it was decent.
