The order page said there was Chinese customer service, but there wasn't. Also, the insurance is too expensive. A three-day car rental costs over 1,600 baht, but the insurance alone costs over 1,000 baht. Altogether, it's over 2,000 baht. I didn't want to buy the insurance because it's too expensive, but since there was no Chinese customer service, communication was difficult, so I just went with it.

Terrible! I filled up the tank at the airport gas station, but they said it was still not full and charged me an extra 300 baht. I've rented cars so many times and never encountered this before! Extremely bad service!

Shouldn’t request any docs or email at the counter. Every thing should be paperless and electronic. And shotten time to pick up vehicle.

Work with budget for paperless to pick up vehicle will be great.
