It took them 35 minutes to pick me up from the airport and 45 minutes to process me and handed me a dirty car... Stuff from previous renter was still in the car. The windshield was extremely dirty.

We waited a long time to get the car, the staff at the counter and on the phone were not very friendly. The car was not very clean, they hosed down the outside while we were waiting, the inside was dusty and dirty. The prices were really good.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
