There was an attempt to upsell insurance during pickup, but QEEQ promptly informed us that it wasn't necessary. Very helpful.

Brilliant staff and a lovely car

Cheap and brilliant service.

I very much appreciate that Dollar had a car for me (there were not many to be had at that moment). A previous user must have gone through some tar and it would have taken some more time to clean that off the car. So, I'm glad that Dollar had a car for me; but it meant that I needed to drive around with a rather unclean car for the weekend.

I was impressed with the price drop system and it has prompted me to turn to easyrentcars.com once again since this rental.

Like: The price was the best price I could find online. I was skeptical since I've never heard of this car rental website in the past. I rented from San Jose airport and it was fast, easy and friendly service (I chose Dollar). I was so impressed with the rate of the car I will go first to easyrentcars.com next time and nowhere else!
Dislike: The only hesitation I would have in the future is that I had to pay in full before the trip. My travel changes often, so I'd be hesitant to pay in advance if my trip wasn't 100% confirmed. Otherwise, It was wonderful!
