Routes set me up with a beautiful Jeep Wrangler to explore the city of Vancouver with for a few days. Could not ask for a more stylish vehicle and the service was great.

Booking this was easy, and I was grateful to have this vehicle secured at such a reasonable price.

The car was poorly cleaned. Don't think the inside windshield had ever been cleaned as it took me 30 mins with windex to get the film off. Spilt milk? in the cupholders. Very slow at the counter for pickup and drop off. Not a convenient location. Service and response around damaged window poor. Why should I pay 25% on top of paying for the window repair, contract poorly written

When we got off the plane, we couldn't find where to go to pick up the car. I finally called. I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. It was about 40 minutes later. Later at the pickup location, it seemed like everyone was disorganized. The woman behind the counter asked if we would take a large mini-van. We had ordered a small Toyota Corolla. We agreed, but would have much preferred a smaller car. The mini-van was so large it was hard to park, and worse on gas.

Long wait time to get car. Under staffed with front desk representatives.

Time to get the car should be shorter. Gaz tank should be full when getting the car.

It was not mentioned anywhere the service would be provided by on Routes. The shuttle did not show the name Easyrentcars. After waiting for a while a shuttle with the name Easyrentcars, I had to call back to finally know the name on the shuttle would be on Routes.
