The queue at Melbourne Airport was shorter compared to other companies when picking up the car. Returning the car was also quick. A staff member took photos around the car and printed out a receipt. Of course, the car was in good condition as well.

The Kuga with over 30,000 kilometers had a damage that I discovered myself. I promptly informed the staff, otherwise it might have led to issues.

They carefully suggested a suitable vehicle based on our route, and we ended up renting a 5-seater SUV. We had a minor collision in the suburbs, and the other party, seeing we were just two girls, didn't press the matter. Although it was a minor accident that only dented the license plate, it was obvious the car wouldn't pass inspection. When we told the staff about it, they very kindly didn't ask for compensation. We got lost on the way to return the car and were an hour late, but they didn't charge us extra. It was a very pleasant experience.
