Great value and deal to rent a car in Birmingham!

Slightly smaller than the car I booked, but easier to drive on mountainous roads.

As this was a special holiday for the two of us we ordered a luxury vehicle. We were given a grand Cherokee with lots of scratches and dents. When we asked if this was meant to be in the luxury class. They just said “we haven’t got any luxury this is all there is!” Would NOT recommend Dollar to others, staff not very helpful.

Very happy with QEEQ, have already booked our next car rental with them.

The car was larger than expected.

No problems.

When I collected the vehicle at the counter I felt like I am dealing with a law enforcement officer!!! And when I returned the vehicle it took a while to get a receipt ... there was no one at the car return area, counter staff were busy ... I will try to avoid Dollar in the future.

Like: The woman that took care of me, June, was very helpful. I had a disabled child with me and she went out of her way to help me, even carrying my luggage down to get the car while I pushed the wheelchair!
Dislike: Sounded like the car might need new brake pads.
