Irene (counter staff) was fantastic, very helpful. Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name at drop off, but he was just as helpful and pleasant.

Incorrect information about airport meetup location. Had to call twice Pickup took 20-30’ longer than usual Everything else was impeccable and value for money was certainly outstanding

They charge extra 150 euro so I could take the car at an Island and they ask extra 200 euro for full coverage for a week which i thnk is too much .

Dislike: The car wipers were in very bad condition, the car's washing liquid was completely empty. During car drop-off, there was no company representative to collect the car, so there was no way to be sure no extra cost could occur since they could not check the car condition. I have returned the car in the exact condition I have received it, but no one could verify that!
