The car is new and makes me feel secure while driving.

The staff at AVIS in San Francisco Airport were very rude, especially a long-haired Black girl and a chubby White guy, both had bad attitudes. Initially, they gave me a car with a broken window and many scratches on the door. Later, when I found an AVIS PREMIER service guy on the same floor, his attitude was much better, and he gave me a brand new car.

My English isn't good, but the staff at the store were very patient and used online translation to communicate. The car wasn't very new, but it was in decent condition and had no issues for three days.

Full size car (fusion) couldn’t fit 2 normal suitcases in luggage area as it was advertised as 3 cases at time of booking, so had to pay more to upgrade to larger SUV to my disappointment!!!
