The company is quite good

I couldn't understand why they didn't recognize the car pick-up voucher we brought. It clearly stated that the fee for returning the car in a different location was included. However, two employees who claimed to be managers said our voucher was old and the price was incorrect. After several attempts to resolve this issue by calling the 24-hour customer service line, we still had no solution. We ended up making several international calls, seemingly to the UK. The representative's Indian accent was very difficult to understand, and it's clear that having good English proficiency is essential for successfully renting a car abroad. When we picked up the car, the back seat was reclined at a 45-degree angle and wasn't comfortable for long drives. We asked the staff to adjust it, but they insisted that 'this is how the seat is.' It was incredibly frustrating, and we ended up figuring out how to adjust it ourselves after a long time.

Originally booked a Chrysler 200, but found that the trunk wouldn't lock when closed, making it accessible to anyone from the outside. The staff couldn't solve the issue and no free upgrade was offered, so we had to switch to a Hyundai. Very disappointing!

Our flight was delayed for two hours, but we could still pick up the car as scheduled. There were a lot of people, so we had to wait in line for over an hour.

Pick up lot has not lights, very hard to see the condition of the car.
