Plain sailing and an easy pick Up, Well recommend them

Yes, the phone number on the website doesn’t work & I left an item in the car & no phone call to let me know & no return call after 10 calls have been made to the main phone number.

Waited 2 hours to get the car. Tires were marginal. Had to take 2 shuttles to get to the Fox Rental Center.

Easy to maneuver through the process.

Good price. Fair overall service at best. The car was overdue for retirement.

depressing agent as I walk in. Grumpy agent despite my efforts to be cheerful. The agent talk in short sentences in heavy accent in whisper. He appeared to be annoyed the whole time. I feel like we had disturbed him for coming in. Never offer a smile from beginning to end. Horrible service! Return car agent move super slow again not cheerful or friendly although his demeanor was slightly better than the check out agent. I get a sense that Fox rent a car agents are lazy, hate their job and does not like customers.
