Easy

1. waiting time at counter 40 minutes. much too long. 2. first vehicle handed to me had cruise control broken. I found out after 15 minutes in the car and returned the car. I was given angoss replacement car. 3. Staff at gate was rude.

Fox facility location is very remote from the airport. Took 2 shuttles each way, summing up to a lengthy and not most convenient process (especially compared to better options in a similar price).

Waited 2 hours to get the car. Tires were marginal. Had to take 2 shuttles to get to the Fox Rental Center.

Easy to maneuver through the process.

Staff was very friendly but I was charged $111.00 fuel surcharge and now I'm waiting for a credit. Make sure you read your receipt before you leave counter. Just in case.

The counter staff was very helpful. The car that we originally supposed to rent had a strong smell like a dog/pet had been in the SUV although it looked clean.I have animal allergy and is very sensitive to it that triggers an asthma attack. The staff was understanding of the situation and gave us a different rental. The other thing that I disagree on is that although we paid by credit card, a $500.00 security deposit was charged which I think is too much.
