Smooth communication

I'm quite satisfied with the company. Their prices are reasonable compared to other rental companies, and there's no mileage limit, which is great. The only downside was the time it took to handle the paperwork—over half an hour. As it was my first time renting a car abroad, and being a female with not-so-good English, I couldn't understand a 1000-Euro charge, fearing it was an extra insurance fee. After much communication, another male staff member finally explained that it was a deposit in case of an accident. Once I understood, I was relieved. There were no extra insurance charges, and the car pickup was smooth. Returning the car was easy and took just a few minutes! I'll choose their company again if I get the chance.

The process was simple. Although the tank wasn't full, they noted it as full. However, they politely took us to refuel after realizing the mistake. The car was brand new with only 38 kilometers on it. Great experience.
