The rental service was friendly, the procedures were quick, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were smooth. The only suggestion is that the pick-up location in an underground garage was not ideal. Overall, it was a satisfying car rental experience.

The service was enthusiastic and detailed. They carefully explained the vehicle's condition and usage tips. During the return process, the inspection was quite thorough. Later, they sent an email with a detailed explanation of the inspection results, including photos of various parts of the vehicle—there were dozens of them, which felt a bit excessive.

Price was very reasonable and location good as we stayed in Collins Street Melbourne so it was a 500-meter walk or you could catch the tram.
