“Charged for extra fuel despite filling tank in car return”

I waited a long time to get the car. Then I found unreported damage so I had to go back to notify staff. Then I got charged for fuel on the return despite filling up less than a kilometre from drop off point.

U guys really need to work on ur counter, they are not friendly, slow in responding customer, and ur booking process awfully long. When returning car, no attendance at ur office at 9 am, eventhough clearly stated that office hour 8:00 to 16:00
