Very satisfied, and my companion's assistance with translation was very convenient. Just to note, the car wasn't very new, and at speeds over 120km/h on the highway, there was quite a lot of noise and difficulty maintaining higher speeds. It would be better if other options were available for selection. Just my personal opinion for reference.

The process of renting and returning the car was simple, and the car was very new and comfortable to drive. However, the downside was that since our rental period was less than 10 days, we couldn't get a GPS. The company didn't have any available, neither in Chinese nor in English, which caused us a lot of trouble.

I had to wait for the 20 minutes so that the employee finishes his private phone call infront of the pickup station. Then the car was SUV Tiguan and I have reserved a sedan Mercedes so didn’t like the options and when asked I was told that this is the only available option

The car exceeded my expectations,Haven't checked the charges yet. the service in Hamburg though was arrogant, not helpful and did not function well. On my question why not someone could go with me to the car deck , the answer was just, we don't do that. So after 20 hours of traveling I had to inspect a car, then call them, then nobody came, then call them again, and then someone came and inspected it with me. WHY? why could they not send someone with me , if they knew there were scratches on that car. This is not acceptable and budget should really check wat is going on at German counters. the return was difficult because the way to car return is marked car rental not car return and Hamburg Airport is confusing in the way it is built. At the return, the guys had to do chatting in the office before they served people.
