“If you want to spend at least an hour waiting to get to the Route Car Rental Location, choose us”
About Routes: 5.7 /10
It is totally unacceptable and unreasonable to have people first be taken by the "rental car" bus to all other car rentals and then be told to take another shuttle to get to Routes. The time involved is excessive and you are not informed about this before hand. I had to wait in line at the other counters to be told to go outside and take another shuttle van to your location.
