They tried to make me pay four times more for a car the size that I had booked. It felt like a scam.

Had a GPS and we didn't even ask for one :)

Very disappointed. Did no receive the right size car due to the 36 day booked period. Will not use this company again.

At first, we were very delighted to have a wonderful service and the counter staff Neda was very helpful in stating out the terms and conditions and she stated that we would be able to change the credit card for payment and have a different credit card to be charged when returning the car. As we were returning the car, we were surprising when the rude Indian clerk told us that it was impossible. Then proceeded to shoo us off and told us that we could only call the hotline (which was already close by the way) to remedy the situation. We felt cheated by Neda for giving us hope that we could change our credit card payment and use a different card and we felt shamed by the rude attitude that the Indian Clerk was given us. We won't be renting from europcar ever again.

Dislike: Pushed by staff for upgrade Ended up paying for upgrade which I had not budgeted for But happy with overall service

Like: Nice places,,and excellent tourist attraction
Dislike: Every thing is fine for me
