The reserved car model was unavailable, and Europcar downgraded us to a different car. Communication with customer service was futile. We waited nearly two hours with hungry children. It's unclear if it was discrimination against Chinese people or just poor service from the rental company. The experience was extremely disappointing!

The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.
