Service is good

There were a lot of people in line, waited for about an hour.

The waiting time was extremely long. Each transaction took significantly longer compared to our experiences in other countries and companies. We rented 2 cars; they gave us one right away but said the other one hadn't arrived yet. After 40 minutes, they gave us the keys to a car that hadn't moved from the parking lot. It was a waste of time, taking a total of 3 hours from paperwork to departure.

The parking location at the airport is on the top floor of a parking structure next to the terminal, which was hard to find. However, the environment inside was decent but the service was mediocre. I had already bought insurance online and they didn't ask much, probably due to the language barrier, they went ahead and added full insurance without my consent, costing me an extra 600 RMB. I tried to submit a complaint and get a refund from Hertz, but there was no resolution. Bad experience.

Extremely inefficient, it took almost an hour to get the car. They kept trying to upsell model upgrades and additional charges for swapping between two cars (we rented two cars). European and American customers seemed to go through much faster.
