Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.

Except for a minor issue with the rental, everything else was great, especially returning the car, which was super convenient and quick!

Alamo is one of the larger car rental companies in the United States. Once you exit the airport and follow the signs, you will see the queue for the car rental company's shuttle bus, and the wait time is not long. The efficiency at Alamo's store for picking up and exchanging cars is quite high, the procedures are simple and standardized, which is something domestic car rental companies could learn from.
