I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the parking lot didn’t have any and the other comparable models weren’t appealing. Even though I can accept other models of the same level, the selected one was the most attractive at the time of booking. Most SUVs don't have a luggage cover, so if you leave luggage in the car in outdoor parking for extended periods, the risk is higher in certain areas. The car rental companies I previously booked all provided a luggage cover.

The service was great, but the car exchange point in downtown San Francisco was hard to find. However, it’s not easy to find anything in San Francisco because of the one-way streets and complex traffic rules. It took me 30 minutes to find a spot just 300 meters away. I recommend returning the car at the airport if possible.

It's a Mustang, it's a convertible, it's 1955 for 10 days, what more is there to say?

The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!
