The car was as expected but the counter staff were not. They tried to push me into extra insurance. Which I didn't need and indicated I could not get the car unless I agreed to the insurance. After I contacted customer service it was resolved. Not what you need after a 12 hour flight and need to make an appointment.

Car was big enough for our needs but not a smooth ride. Liked having an inbuilt sat nav. Clunky gearbox certainly would not buy one

They didn't have any SUVs in, so had to make do with what they did have (a skoda!). Was offered a number of upgrades for a cost, which I thought awfully kind of them. They seemed genuinely surprised when I suggested that I should be getting a free upgrade given that they didn't have the car I booked available.

Very good except for a mix up on drop off time. All sorted eventually. Thought system and staff very friendly and efficient.
