This company lacks integrity and engages in fraudulent practices. They initially attract customers with low prices, then impose additional charges through various means to gain undue profits.

The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.

Staffs are polite and helpful. Good car condition. Pick up and drop off car were easy, fast and smooth.

Maybe for AUCars to have a fixed meeting spot for the shuttle. The text just had a number to call. The problem was the heavy accent of the person I called and I called them in the noisey environment of the airport. Maybe in the text nominate the meet spot. The shuttle also needed to be identified maybe two magnetic signs in door of shuttle. Other than that rental was great and staff at AU cars were courteous.

Like: The affordable price of the car is the major factor and the condition of the car is wonderful. The seats were comfortable for long distance traveling and I have no complains. Best car I have hired so far.
Dislike: The attitude of some staff was not friendly, whereas the one that receive the car from us is very nice.
