Fast, friendly, and the vehicle was new and in good condition. However, the agreed-upon vehicle was not available. This is an issue with QEEQ.

This was my first time driving in the USA. Initially, I chose an English website but was worried about communication problems, so I switched to QEEQ. The experience was excellent; everything went well, and there was free GPS. The only downside was that QEEQ couldn't assist us with getting a better price when we upgraded the car mid-trip. I hope QEEQ can offer better deals for mid-trip upgrades in the future.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
