I placed an order on Zuzuche on September 23, and paid 688 RMB in full with my credit card. On October 8, Europcar charged 660.39 RMB to my credit card. I was charged twice for the rental. Overcharged me. At the rental counter, they swiped my card twice, once for 100 AUD and once for a smaller amount. They said they would refund the 100 AUD but it was never returned.

Car pickup was pretty easy; it's my first time renting a car abroad.

The counter staff said they didn't have the model we had reserved in advance (Land Rover), but we saw our reserved model on site. Europcar insisted they couldn't find the keys for that car. Since we urgently needed a large SUV, we ended up with a Mitsubishi (a much cheaper model). A similar situation happened before in the USA, but Hertz there promptly gave us a replacement without any hassle.

Very bad experience. When returning the car at Melbourne Airport, we were in a hurry to catch a flight and were unfamiliar with how to get into the Europcar garage. We went to the Europcar return office to ask for directions, but the staff ignored us and refused to help. They seemed to take pleasure in our distress, knowing we were about to miss our flight. They refused to give us directions to the parking spot nearby and insisted we drive to the designated location. Luckily, we found other helpful people at the airport; otherwise, we would've missed our flight. Due to the rush, my friend's mom twisted her ankle while moving luggage, which caused significant discomfort during our trip. We are extremely dissatisfied with the staff's indifferent and gloating attitude.
