The counter staff also incorrectly indicated the return location, causing my family and me to shuttle between the airport counter and the parking lot, which is a considerable distance. The counter staff did not apologize and blamed the agency, QEEQ, instead. The staff at the pickup point had poor English, making communication difficult. Moreover, the only automatic vehicle available was an old Citroën C1, leaving us with no other choice.
