Overall, it went smoothly, but there were two issues. First, we couldn't understand the directions given by the staff for the pickup location, and they were unwilling to assist us, making it hard to find the pickup spot. Second, the invoice sent was in Turkish (probably) and not in English, making it unreadable.

Terrible experience, the car kept flashing warnings.

The entire process was quite smooth, and both pick-up and return were handled professionally.

I booked a car for a one-way trip, but found out they made a mistake at the drop-off time. Fortunately, after communicating, someone came quickly to retrieve the car, so my trip wasn't delayed.

The staff was very friendly.
