Not bad, the first car delivered had some issues, but it was quickly replaced after a short wait.

The insurance upsell was actually fine, but the biggest issue was the wrong return address. We were told at pick-up that it was at T2, so we went there early and searched for a long time only to find the counter was closed. After calling, we found out it was at T1. Paying for parking was a minor issue; the main problem was going through security, finding the counter, and making calls, which took us half an hour. Fortunately, we arrived early; otherwise, we would have missed our flight. When we complained to the staff, they were indifferent and simply said it was wrong, which was really frustrating!

Easy pickup. Minimal upselling.

The car rental company was excellent, providing attentive service. They upgraded our vehicle because we didn't have enough space for our luggage.
