Great experience all round

We originally booked a Toyota RAV4, for 4 people and 3 suitcases. In reality, we had 4 people and 5 suitcases, so we upgraded to a Nissan Pathfinder. The luggage space was still insufficient, and we had to fold down the last row of seats to solve the issue. Fortunately, there were only 4 of us. The upgrade also added windshield insurance, which we accidentally accepted and ended up spending an extra thirty dollars. The car’s condition was excellent, no complaints.

The rental company didn't charge the toll fee to my credit card, resulting in a $428 fine for a $7 toll.

Just drove a Camry for 600 miles, the car was in great condition, and both pickup and return were very convenient.

A good company. They have self-service machines but our credit card didn't work, so we had to queue.
