Very high overall satisfaction. Since it's a self-service pick-up, it saved us from dealing with store staff, and we didn't need to argue about insurance fees. The car was in good condition with a wide selection available, even during the peak season when we rented. Kudos to them.

I was forced to purchase an extended protection plan for $100.55 and was deceived into thinking it was mandatory in California.
