I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the parking lot didn’t have any and the other comparable models weren’t appealing. Even though I can accept other models of the same level, the selected one was the most attractive at the time of booking. Most SUVs don't have a luggage cover, so if you leave luggage in the car in outdoor parking for extended periods, the risk is higher in certain areas. The car rental companies I previously booked all provided a luggage cover.

Good car condition, easy return process

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
