Dissatisfied. The app didn't inform me that the second driver had to be at least 25 years old. My child is 22 with 4 years of driving experience, but they were not allowed to be an additional driver. As a result, I had to return the car 4 days early and it caused a lot of inconvenience!

Very convenient, but we had to wait a long time to get the car. People who arrived later than us got their cars first. We were constantly asked to wait with no explanation.

The return location was not clearly indicated on the rental agreement. It should specify the 2nd floor departure area. The navigation guided us to the 1st floor, and we spent a long time searching. There was no human assistance when we called (incurring phone charges). Eventually, we figured out it was the 2nd floor from the automated message.
