Very satisfied

The process for both picking up and dropping off the car was very fast.

Easy car pickup and return, shuttle bus provided as shown in the instructions.

Paid an extra NZD 10 per day to upgrade to the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 4WD, but later realized the upgrade wasn’t necessary as the roads were easy to drive on. Personally, I also really like the design of the Corolla Hatchback in the South Island, and I will definitely try the Corolla next time.

値段が安くて少し心配でしたが、スタッフの方も親切で、車の状態もとてもよく、何も問題ありませんでした！ 空港までのピックアップの予約をしなければいけなかったのがわからず、現地で電話をしなければいけないのが大変でした。 現地で使える番号は持っていないし、電話で英語で話すのもハードルが高く、ピックアップ場所や方法の説明がないのが困りました。 それ以外は全て快適でした！

最初に申し込みをしてから、オプションの追加方法などが分かりづらかったです。
