On collecting the car the counter staff advised that booking directly with Ace was easier than booking with Easyrent. The full insurance would be straight forward and the details simpler.

The fuel charge was unjustified. I was told that I didn't need to return the car with a full tank, but I was still charged for fuel after returning it.
