The service from Alamo was very average, possibly because it's cheap. They don't accept UnionPay cards and there is no Chinese service. There were many people in line and few staff. I clearly chose a large SUV, but upon arrival, I was told I could only rent a small SUV. I originally wanted to rent a Grand Cherokee. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with Zuzuche or ALAMO. Overall, the service experience was really poor!!

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
