The car was very new, and since we had a lot of luggage, they kindly upgraded us to a larger SUV. This avoided a lot of unnecessary trouble.

When picking up the car, I was allowed to choose freely. I saw a Corolla and asked if it was okay. The staff said it was. It felt like an upgrade. Very happy.

After a window smashing incident, Alamo's service was very prompt and efficient, with no extra costs. Fortunately, we didn't follow QEEQ company's customer service suggestion to privately fix the window at a repair shop. Otherwise, we'd have to bear the cost of the car window on top of the significant loss from our stolen luggage.
