The car rental location is easy to find. The staff were friendly and offered insurance without being pushy, which made the experience pleasant. You need to pick up the car at your scheduled time; if you arrive early, you might not get a car right away due to high demand. Returning the car near the airport was straightforward; the parking spot was easy to find. The return process was quick, and they provided a shuttle to the terminal, which was very convenient.

Excellent. Counter was very busy but they opened all desks so quick service. Great communication and advise. Directed to garage to pick up car and again plenty of Alamo staff on hand to help. This was the same at drop off. Helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Like: Very roomy and smooth riding Ford Excursion which was a welcome relief after a cramped 4 hour plane ride.
Dislike: Alamo did not have what I reserved so I had to pay more to get the Ford Excursion.
