The entire car rental process with ALAMO was very quick, and the staff were extremely polite and considerate, even reminding us to drive carefully in the snow. When I returned the car, I accidentally left my luggage in the vehicle. By the time I went back to retrieve it, the staff were already waiting with my luggage in hand. I will definitely choose ALAMO again in the future!

Returning the car was very convenient. Everything went smoothly, and there was no need for additional services. At Los Angeles airport, a friendly worker scanned the barcode inside the door and gave the car a quick look before saying it was okay. He also kindly told me where to catch the airport shuttle. However, I encountered an issue when picking up the car because I didn't have a driver's license notarized. The rental point refused to give me the car, and calling QEEQ was useless as no one answered! Luckily, there was an attachment online similar to a notarized document. After filling it out as required, the rental point quickly handed over the car, and the rest of the trip went smoothly.
