Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes

Wish they had a place at airport.

I have mixed feelings about my experience renting a car through the website and location. Online it was not clear that the pick up location is offsite away from the airport. We took a shuttle to the pick up spot and there we experienced the worst pick up process ever. Even though the staff were courteous it was clear they were really understaffed and the process was very inefficient. We spent over two hours waiting to receive our car. However once we did receive our car we were very happy with the vehicle we received and we did not have any problems with it during our trip. Because of our long wait during the pick up, when we dropped the car off we didn’t even wait for the shuttle but chose to take an Uber back to the airport.

We had to wait over 50 min for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport:( And this is at 6:30 am on Sun.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

I mistakenly took the Easirent bus to another location only to be told I was in the wrong place and that I was not the first person to make that mistake!
