Overall satisfactory, but the sales representative was not aware that we had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ and still tried hard to sell us additional insurance, even asking the platform staff to call him! Luckily, I firmly explained that we already had full insurance, which was not visible in their system, and the sales representative relented. At the car lot, you can choose your vehicle yourself, though it may not be the exact model you had in mind; it will be from the same series. We ended up with a Nissan mid-sized car, which performed well and was easy to drive!

We picked up our vehicle from Nashville Airport and the person who served us appeared disinterested and when we enquired about adding additional drivers he made us feel like we were making his life difficult. The person at the Houston end when we dropped off the vehicle however was fantastic and very helpful. The vehicle itself (Chev Suburban) was amazing and perfect for our group. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and a lot of luggage.

The QEEQ website booking engine is great. Very easy to use, provides good options and clearly indicates what you are receiving for the price. Very impressive.

Like: No problems with our rental, other than figuring out the fancy controls on this newish model Subaru. Felt like we got a good value, and the staff was efficient. Located offsite from the airport, but they sent someone to pick us up. I was glad I called a few days before and touched base with them. That's when they told me about their shuttle service.
