This is my second time renting a car at Nice Airport in France. Overall, it was a good experience. The pickup and return process was convenient, and the vehicle was new. Very satisfied.

The practice of upselling insurance and suggesting a model change is very unpleasant. The main goal seemed to be to increase my expenses without considering my actual needs, which I do not appreciate. The condition of the car was very poor. I've rented cars in France many times before, and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation.

The car was damaged with a front broken light and damage all way round. Our departure was delayed due to bringing a member of staff up to the car park to report damage.

Car not the one ordered Paid extra for no excess insurance but was expected to pay €1900 because not taken out with Europcar Billed for petrol on return even though car was full tank
