There was not a single Corolla available. The self-service kiosk had a Chinese language option but I wasn't allowed to use it, and instead I was directed to the manual counter where they insisted on selling me insurance. The agent kept saying 'unfortunately' when I refused. As an experienced driver, I was very careful and made it safely through Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas without any incidents.

Good car condition

The car rental process was very efficient. Supports returning the car at a different location with no extra fees. Allows adding a second driver for free.
