Convenient pick-up and drop-off process, and the car was in good condition. Since there was no Yaris Cross available at pick-up, they replaced it with a Haval Chulian.

Very efficient and convenient, with clear instructions. Having rented cars abroad through QEEQ multiple times, this experience was just as smooth as always.

The GPS malfunctioned during use, couldn't return the car at night, had to make another trip in the morning. Tire pressure was low, causing a driving hazard, windows were dirty, lots of noise inside the car, no Chinese service, and the fuel tank was not full!

The biggest advantage of East Coast is the low price, but the condition of the car is average. The car always veers to the right, maybe due to alignment issues or insufficient tire pressure (I have 5 years of driving experience). The store and the pickup point are on opposite sides of the street, in a parking lot on the 10th floor of another building. The door to the parking lot is hard to find, it's best to ask a local for directions, it took me at least 30 minutes. When returning the car, there was a mistake due to the staff (incorrect initial mileage record), so we had to go back to the store to correct it! The pickup point was staffed by some Indian guys, no office, and the car I got was dirty, the exterior was very dirty (uncommon in countries with good air quality). Small companies save money, so their service can't be expected to be good.
