Staff were slow and inefficient, even when there were 20 people waiting to rent a car. They threatened to force us to buy their full insurance by saying there would be no assistance otherwise. They charged the card without explaining the amount and were unwilling to explain why they needed to pre-authorize £1250. Their attitude was very unfriendly.

Quite disappointing. Long waiting time. Poor service attitude. Annoying pressure to buy insurance. Not punctual. Reserved model was not available.

The location of the office and pick up point was a 15 or 20 minute cab ride from the airport, which is why they're such good value I guess. There was a free shuttle bus from the airport but it was a half hour wait and we had already been travelling all day so we opted for the cab.

Good and clean car! BUT the pickup and drop is NOT in the airport!!, it was hard geting in and out and took a lot of time ( ~1h), and it wasnt clear at time of reservation

The car had damage all over..Paid for full size van 7 people 4 cases but got a c4 piccaso no room for cases ..Smell in car found rottern milk in under tray floor ..fuel light on when collected not good and car not cleaned when brought out to me ..
