Very disappointing. Car that was booked and paid for ,not available. Had to take an electric car which was an awful experience in Norway in winter, spent half our holiday charging the car. Won't use Hertz ever again.

When I picked the car up the lady in the office and her colleagues could not have been more helpful. I think it was a bit cheeky to charge me a "one-way" fee for returning a Swedish registered car to Sweden from Norway - but - c'est la vie....
