Very satisfied. You can smoothly pick up the car with your domestic driver's license and a translation. The staff is very friendly, and you can choose from similar models. At first, we picked a convertible, but since we had a lot of luggage, they replaced it with a four-door Jeep for us.

The service at the store was mediocre. For such a high price, the car provided was really just average. I don't want to rent from here again. On the way from Miami to Key West, the front left tire blew out, which was terrifying. I had to pay $56 for roadside assistance because I didn't choose the coverage. I was told I could change cars at Key West. When I got there, an uncooperative employee made things difficult, telling me to get the tire repaired instead of replacing it. After finding the repair place twice, they said the tire could be patched up and used again, despite my explanations that the left front tire was damaged from driving flat. The right front tire also had a bulge but they refused to change it. In frustration, I went directly to the store, where a nice lady helped me switch to another car. This was a small comfort, but the best part of my travel time had already been wasted. What a pity!

The staff were very polite. I was given a choice of several cars. As recommended by the service staff, I selected a Toyota Camry. To my delight it was a near new car. I was running late on the return and only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. To my surprise (and further delight) I was given a $10 rebate towards the fuel cost and only charged $6. I very much appreciated this. Next time I rent a car it will be with National at the John Wayne Airport.

The booking platform was easy to use. As an international driver, I was happy with the price, inclusive of the insurance. I used the Price Drop service and saved a further $35. However, I was nervous that the rebooking would not be confirmed and I would miss out on getting a car. It was reconfirmed. But i was anxious until it was. In the future I will use price drop only when I book many weeks in advance of my trip. That way I can turn it off and not risk losing the car.

Car was not clean and was poorly maintained. The staff did not consider my prepaid voucher and charged my credit card. upon reporting this to the customer care, I was told that it was only a deposit and should be returned when I return the car. But that didn't happen and it took me a couple of email follow ups to get back my money.

National employees were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our rental car and their service.

Best price found from all other competitors. Pricing never changed, it was what they quoted me to be. Easy to use.
