Smooth and really good prices!!

Picked up from cruise terminal Miami to Miami Airport in a comfortable bus... And free.. Pick up location was quick and given a choice of 6 cars to choose from

Best deal I could get anywhere on the net by a mile.. Next best was about usd 400 higher for car hire from Miami to New York including all insurances and one way drop off fee.. In total we had the minivan for about 17 days

Car was not clean and was poorly maintained. The staff did not consider my prepaid voucher and charged my credit card. upon reporting this to the customer care, I was told that it was only a deposit and should be returned when I return the car. But that didn't happen and it took me a couple of email follow ups to get back my money.

Car had some electronics control issues. Board computer was crashing. Bluetooth issues.

Like: Brand new car in exelent condition, easy pickup and drop off procedure, no extra fees. Got what i expected
